Please read our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.<\/p>\r\n<h2>1. Return Eligibility<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Return requests must be raised within <strong>2 days (48 hours) of delivery<\/strong> of the product.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original sealed packaging.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>The product must be returned with its original packaging, labels, invoice and any accessories supplied with it.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Proof of purchase or order details are required for all return requests.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Returns requested after the 2-day period will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>2. No Returns on Opened Products<\/h2>\r\n<p><strong>For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products are not eligible for return or refund.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>This restriction applies to contact lenses, coloured lenses, powered lenses, lens solutions and other sealed eye-care products. Products with broken seals, opened packaging, signs of use or tampering will not be accepted for return.<\/p>\r\n<p>Please check the product name, prescription power, colour, quantity and other specifications carefully before opening the package.<\/p>\r\n<h2>3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products<\/h2>\r\n<p>If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.<\/p>\r\n<p>Please provide:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Your order number.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the product and packaging.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>A description of the issue.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>After verification, Eyzakart may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Products must not be used or opened further while the claim is being reviewed.<\/p>\r\n<h2>4. Refunds<\/h2>\r\n<p>Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.<\/p>\r\n<p>Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider and payment method.<\/p>\r\n<p>If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider first. You may then contact Eyzakart for assistance.<\/p>\r\n<h2>5. Exchanges and Replacements<\/h2>\r\n<p>Exchanges or replacements are considered for eligible products that are verified as damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.<\/p>\r\n<p>Opened or used products are not eligible for ordinary exchanges. Any exception required by applicable consumer law will be handled accordingly.<\/p>\r\n<h2>6. Non-Returnable Products<\/h2>\r\n<p>The following products are not eligible for ordinary returns or refunds:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Opened or used contact lenses.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Contact lenses with broken or tampered seals.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Opened lens solutions and eye-care products.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Products returned without original packaging or required proof of purchase.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Products for which a return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>These exclusions do not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.<\/p>\r\n<h2>7. Return Shipping<\/h2>\r\n<p>For approved returns, our support team will provide instructions for sending the product back.<\/p>\r\n<p>Where a return is due to an incorrect, defective or damaged product supplied by Eyzakart, return shipping arrangements will be communicated by our support team. For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be the customer&#8217;s responsibility, subject to applicable law.<\/p>\r\n<p>Please do not send any product back without contacting our support team first.<\/p>\r\n<h2>8. Order Cancellations<\/h2>\r\n<p>Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be cancellable through the normal cancellation process.
